I am a licensed registered service provider and trained in the Nebraska Standardized Model for Substance Use Evaluations and ensure that the evaluations meet all state requirements.

Emergency evaluation(less than a week) is $500
Some insurance providers will cover evaluations.

What to expect
What to expect
I conduct the evaluation in a comfortable, private setting with every effort made to accommodate your schedule. Each evaluation will take approximately 1-2 hours to complete. The evaluation will consist of questions, assessments and collateral information.
My respectful and friendly colleagues are very discrete, and ensure confidentiality at all times. I work with some of the top DUI attorneys in Nebraska and will provide a fair evaluation with a turnaround time of 3 weeks or less.
